Dyker Heights Family Group Practice

The program for this new medical practice includes exam rooms, administrative offices, reception and waiting areas, and two medical assistant stations. The space originally served two large practices that NYU Langone Health joined to create a larger private practice.

The JLGA design team focused on the selection of materials and lighting, exploring multiple directions for different lighting layouts and decorative fixtures. The color palette – a bright and fun combination of warm and welcoming tones – was selected with the intent of further brightening and enlivening the space, in order to create a flexible, warm and inviting environment to patients and visitors.

The team worked hand-in-hand with both the client and the general contractor, monitoring every step of the project so that construction stayed on track and was executed to the highest standard.
