Since founding JLGA in 1969, award-winning architect Jack L Gordon has played an integral role in the design of almost project the firm has completed. He continues to be a vital part of the design and project management process, overseeing healthcare, research, laboratory, sports, recreation, restaurant, historic preservation, and education projects from the feasibility and schematic design phases through the completion of construction. An early adopter of sustainable design principles, he remains committed to finding innovative and cost-effective green design solutions for every projects. He supports a diverse, tolerant and equitable workplace culture, frequently dedicated his time to mentoring staff at all levels. A painter and traveler, Jack’s affable demeanor and ready sense of humor have played a role in the start of many long-term client relationships.
