JLGA partnered with a leading New York City healthcare system to design and deliver a state-of-the-art 1,627 SF Diagnostic Radiology Imaging Suite, thoughtfully crafted to support next-generation imaging technology and an elevated patient experience.

At the heart of the suite are two Siemens ARTIS Zee MP imaging systems, advanced devices that enable highly detailed 3D medical imaging for a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures. These systems empower physicians with sharper, more accurate visualization – facilitating quicker diagnoses, improved precision in treatment planning, and ultimately, better patient outcomes.

The program includes a 50-seat divisible conference/classroom, anatomy lab, surgical skills lab, morgue and cadaver prep suite, along with a student lounge, changing and locker rooms, faculty offices, and an updated entrance. Integrated AV systems support remote instruction, real-time collaboration, and multi-modal learning – across both lectures and small-group dissections.

The project encompasses new control rooms, clean and soiled storage areas, a patient locker room, and comprehensive upgrades to flooring and interior finishes throughout. JLGA’s design approach carefully balances technical requirements with a focus on comfort and accessibility.
