The Dyker Heights Family Group Practice project aimed to transform two separate offices into a cohesive, modern medical facility. The design includes five exam rooms, an administrative office, reception area, waiting room, and medical assistant spaces, all crafted for flexibility and functionality.

JLGA faced the challenge of blending practical design with aesthetic appeal, ensuring the space felt fresh, professional, and welcoming. Respecting the existing structure—specifically the original tiled elevator lobby and water fountains—required a creative approach, balancing modern elements with the existing finishes.

Given the lack of a designated tenant at the project’s start, we designed a versatile space with a warm, inviting color palette and thoughtful lighting. The result is a modern, flexible environment that is both functional and welcoming, ready to adapt to any future medical practice.
