JLGA partnered with Mount Sinai Health System to revitalize the public spaces of its Brooklyn hospital, transforming the ground floor into a welcoming, modern hub for patients and visitors. The redesign encompassed key areas including the lobby, elevators, stairs, restrooms, conference room, emergency command center, and corridors.

At the heart of the transformation, JLGA leveled two existing lobbies on the ground and lower levels, creating an elegant annex that seamlessly links the newly expanded, ADA-compliant lobby to the hospital’s inpatient and outpatient facilities. This thoughtful intervention enhances the flow of the space and elevates the patient experience.

To further establish a bold, contemporary presence, branded signage was introduced along with a canopied, illuminated entrance, enhancing visibility and offering a sense of security and modernity. The result is a bright, inviting Mount Sinai presence that resonates with the Brooklyn community, inspiring confidence and encouraging residents to seek essential healthcare services in this vital, underserved area.
